Are the caregivers trained and background verified?›
Yes — all caregivers are trained in elderly care, first aid, and fall prevention. They are background-verified before onboarding. You can request documents at booking.
Can I request the same caregiver every day?›
Yes — for regular bookings we assign a consistent caregiver so your elderly family member builds comfort and familiarity with one person.
Can the caregiver give injections or change dressings?›
No — medical procedures like injections, IV drips, or wound dressing require a licensed nurse. Please book our "Nurse Visit" service separately for those.
What if my parent has dementia or Alzheimer's?›
Mention it when booking by selecting "Dementia / Memory care". A caregiver with specific dementia care training and patience will be assigned.
Is overnight care available?›
Yes — select "Night Care" for overnight supervision from 10 PM to 6 AM. For 24-hour coverage, book both Full Day Care and Night Care.
Can the caregiver accompany the elderly person to hospital?›
Yes — select "Hospital / Clinic Attendant". The caregiver accompanies, manages paperwork, communicates with doctors, and assists with post-appointment care.
Does the caregiver cook food?›
Yes — the caregiver prepares simple, suitable meals for the elderly person and assists with feeding. Cooking for the entire family is not included.
What if the caregiver is not a good fit for my parent?›
If the caregiver is not a good fit — personality, language, or approach — we replace them within 24 hours at no extra charge. Your parent's comfort is our priority.
