If a sample is rejected for quality reasons, we arrange a free re-collection within 24 hours at no additional charge.

Yes — set the number of patients when booking. The collector visits once and collects from all family members. Additional patient charge: ₹49 per person.

How are the samples transported safely?›

Samples are transported in sealed, labelled cold-chain containers to prevent contamination. All handling follows standard bio-safety protocols.
